- How long can I access my classes?
Answer: Forever 24/7 & 365 days a year! - What if I get stuck and I need help? Answer: You can join an exclusive private membership only Facebook ArtfulChair Lovers group. You will find support and share project pictures. There are also 15 minute increment appointments available via zoom that you can sign up for personal individual help to answer all of your questions.
- What are your forms of payment? Answer: PayPal and Stripe both accept all forms of payment. The "Beginner Bundle" options is available in an affordable option of 3 monthly payments!
- What if I'm a slow learner? Answer: You can go at your own pace and access everything all at once.
- What if I don't have any tools. Do I need to get all the tools on your list? Answer: No the list of tools is a guide to help you build your upholstery studio. The tools that you need for each project will be listed in each class.
- Do I need to know how to sew? In most cases you do not need to sew, but the more techniques you learn, sewing will be come an important part of your studio. I started with a regular dressmaking machine, and purchased a used industrial sewing machine as soon as I found one. A local upholstery shop can assist you with some of the things you can't sew yourself. Most will gladly help you with your questions.
- How can I further my education in the Upholstery World? Answer: there are two very helpful groups you can join. Professional Upholstery Network on Facebook (PUN) and NationalUpholsteryAssociation.com. ( also on Facebook) NUA. The Facebook group is free and you learn from seasoned professionals and they encourage members to ask questions. The NUA is a yearly paid membership and has a wide range of classes, a wealth of information and helpful live zoom meetings on all kinds of topics to further your career. When you join you can access a huge library of how to videos.
- Can I have a refund? So sorry, but No. Once you have purchased and downloaded your class, you cannot get a refund. Digital content can't be returned.
- Will you have more classes or any live events? Answer: Yes! This is only the beginning. Facebook Live will happen once a month in our exclusive Artful Chair Lovers Facebook Group (with free giveaways!) and I intend to keep adding to my class lineup.
